I lead 7 engineers, own platform architecture end to end as a full-stack Tech Lead, and apply AI engineering — Claude Code, ChatGPT, and prompt/context engineering — to raise delivery speed and code quality across the team.

That means balancing speed with long-term quality: choosing reusable patterns where they matter, keeping unnecessary complexity out, validating decisions through working software, and using measurable results to guide the next improvement.
